Munster Seek Director of Coaching

Munster Branch of the Irish Rugby Football Union are seeking applications for two positions, Director of Coaching and Assistant to Director of Coaching.

IRISH RUGBY FOOTBALL UNION – MUNSTER BRANCH.

Reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial Management Committee, the Director will have responsibility for coaching the Munster senior team. For this demanding post, suitable candidates will:

– Have a proven track record at national/provincial coaching level or equivalent.
– Have strong communication and management skills.
– Be proactive, target driven and ambitious.

The successful candidate will work closely on the progression of provincial
players to the national team(s) and may from time to time be requested to work at national level.

Assistant to Director of Coaching.

Working closely with the Director of Coaching, suitable candidates will have a proven track record of coaching at representative/elite player level. You will
be proactive in planning and liaising with the players and management in achieving results.

A three-year contract will be offered for both positions and the remuneration
package will reflect the experience of the person appointed.
