Leinster coach matt Williams has added Peter Smyth (hooker), Richie Governey (out-half) and Shane Moore (centre) while Munster have named Tom Tierney (scrum-half), John Lacey (full-back) and New Zealander Matt Sexton (hooker).

For the St.Mary’s hooker Pater Smyth and Garryowen scrum half Tom Tierney the inclusion in their respective squads marks a return to action following long bouts of injury while Sexton joins Munster from Ulster just for the duration of their involvement in the competition. John Lacey, an IRFU Development Officer played in the Munster side in the pre-season friendlies

Richie Governey (Terenure) has been a member of the Leinster party in the past and Moore (UCD) captained the Ireland Under 19 to World Cup victory, a side coached by Declan Kidney.
