Munster hope to finalise the composition of their replacement bench this evening (Fri) after a final run-out at Thomond Park. Frank Sheehan has been passed fit to take his place in the front row but neither John Hayes or David Wallace are expected to be named among the replacements.

Meanwhile, Harlequins have made five changes to their team for Saturday’s trip to Limerick.Nick Duncombe debuts at scrum-half for the dropped Matthew Powell, as Quins count the cost of their 39 – 25 defeat by Saracens in the Zurich Premiership last Sunday, a game which saw them leak in six tries and score only one themselves.

Nick Burrows comes into the centre for the injured Nick Greenstock while Dave Slemen comes in for Ryan O’Neill at fullback. Prop Jason Leonard is rested for the weekend, replaced by Jon Dawson. Steve White-Cooper starts at back-row for Quins, with Roy Winters dropping down the bench.
