It has been confirmed that Ireland will play Australia in Lansdowne Road next November (9th) in an international schedule that may see Ireland play up to 13 Tests in 2002.
In addition to the Six Nations Championship games, there will be two World Cup qualifiers, a three match pre-season tour of New Zealand plus friendlies against Fiji and Argentina.
2002 Itinerary – February 3rd: Ireland v Wales, (Dublin). February 16th: England v Ireland (London). March 2nd: Ireland v Scotland (Dublin). March 23rd: Ireland v Italy (Dublin).
