In the only Division One game scheduled for Saturday, Ballymena defeated Buccaneers 23-9 in Eaton Park. In Division Two with UL Bohemians losing at home, Belfast Harlequins extended their lead at the top of the table to 12 points thanks to a 24-21 win over Dolphin. Barnhall upset the odds in Limerick beating UL Bohs 17-15 while there were wins for Old Crescent in Midleton, 23-9, and for Malone 15-6 in Ballynahinch.
