Injury doubts over Mike Mullins, Peter Stringer and Alan Quinlan have meant that Munster must wait till later in the week to finalise their starting line up for Saturdays Celtic League game against Llanelli.

Stringer and Quinlan both have ankle injuries while Mullins is struggling with a bout of flu. David Wallace wasn’t considered for selection because of a shoulder injury.

The finalised positions are the front row of Peter Clohessy, Frank Sheehan and John Hayes. Mick Galwey will be partnered in the second row by Mick O’Driscoll. In the backline Ronan O’Gara will be at ten, Anthony Horgan on the left wing, Jason Holland in the centre and Jeremy Staunton at full-back.
