Leinster began their defence of the Schools Interprovincial title with a 13-5 win over Munster in Donnybrook.

Leinster began their defence of the Schools Interprovincial title with a 13-5 win over Munster in Donnybrook.

Leinster led 13-0 at half time thanks to a try from Colm Treston and eight points – coversion and two penalties – from David Connellan.

In the second half Leinster were held scoreless but Munster only managed one try, late in the game, from Paul Hurley.
