Leinster and Munster players make up the bulk of the squad that has been selected for the Ireland Development side in Sunday’s (Nov 4th) game against Samoa in Donnybrook (3pm).

Seventeen of the twenty-two man squad are from either Leinster or Munster, five represent Ulster with no Connacht player selected.

The Development side is selected from contracted players not regularly selected on their provincial teams and the side will be captained on Sunday by Leinster’s Liam Toland.

Dermot O’Sullivan (Leinster); John McWeeney (Leinster), Sheldon Coulter (Ulster), Killian Keane (Munster), Simon Keogh (Leinster); Andy Dunne (Leinster), Kieron Campbell (Ulster); Des Clohessy (Munster), John Fogarty (Munster), Paul Wallace (Leinster), Donnacha O’Callaghan (Munster), Aiden Kearney (Ulster); Liam Toland (Leinster) capt, Colm McMahon (Munster), Aiden McCullen (Leinster).

Replacements. Richie Weir (Ulster), Martin Cahill (Munster), Paul O’Connell (Munster), Denis Leamy (Munster), Derek Hegarty (Munster), Jan Cunningham (Ulster), Shane Moore (Leinster).
