The overall number of players taking part in Ireland's only official IRFU tag rugby programme increased again in 2012. In order to accomodate the continuing demand, next season will see the expansion of selected host clubs numbers of pitches used and nights that games are held.

Even at this early time of year, places in popular leagues do in fact fill up in a very short time.
