Skill: Mini unit reaction drill for No. 8 & 6
Set Up
No. 8 binds to No. 6 against post. 2 tackle bags are placed 2m apart. No.6 breaks and tackles one of the bags, No.8 tackles the other one - (repeat 10 times). If No.6 tackles first bag the NO.8 tackles the second and vice versa.
Overload:
Coach shouts break & number dictating to No.6 which bag to tackle.
Groups:
Minimum of 3-4 players.
