- Panel will consist of 12 players
- Each player selected under the following criteria:
- All players must be registered to an IRFU Club
- All players must have played 15-a-side rugby in 2011/12 season, in official competitions on more than 3 occasions
- Players may only field for one team. Dual status will not operate for this competition
- The following category of players are ineligible to participate:
- Players presently holding IRFU/Provincial Professional Contracts (including Development Contracts)
- Ex-professional Players who held a IRFU/Provincial professional contract for more than three years
- National U20 squad members (in concurrent season ie. 2011/12)
