Once fans have downloaded the App they can place and pay for their order of drinks through their credit or debit card and then at the break, instead of queuing up, they simply show a collection code on their phone and walk away with their choices.
The App trialled successfully at the Ireland v Italy RBS 6 Nations game earlier this month in one outlet and has thus been expanded for the interprovincial derby to the main bar on Level 1, located at block 124 (available between blocks 120-128), and similarly the primary drinks outlet on Level 5, situated at block 525 (available between blocks 520-525).
Catering Operations Manager at the Aviva Stadium, Martina Flood, said: "We're delighted that the 'My Order App' will be in use for the Munster and Leinster match this weekend.
"Supporters who use the App will benefit from no queues and therefore a heightened consumer experience.
"The great thing about the App is fans can download it at home and put their orders in before they even get into the ground. The service will be available from midnight today (Wednesday, March 26) right up until half-time at the match.
"Once they get to the bar all they need to do is show the code that they have been sent on their phone to staff at the designated area and their drinks will already be there waiting for collection."
The Preoday 'My Order App' is available to download for iPhone and Android Smartphones from the iTunes App Store and Google Play Store now. Supporters must enter the code 'AVIV' to order from the Aviva Stadium drinks menu.
