The IRFU and Munster are pleased to announce that Conor Murray has signed a new two year contract with the IRFU which will see him remain at Munster until at least June 2016.
Speaking of his decision to continue playing at the Recreation Ground, Stringer said: "I still feel like I have a lot to give on the rugby field, and really wanted to keep on playing so I was happy to agree a new contract here.
"I've really enjoyed my time with Bath so far, and am looking forward to next season already."
Bath head coach Gary Gold added: "Strings has been fantastic for us in the short time he has been here so far, so we're really pleased he has agreed to stay here for next season rather than going back to Ireland.
"He is the consummate professional in everything he does, both on and off the field, and that sets a great example for the entire squad."
