Leinster Rugby have announced the signing of England A international forward Ricky Nebbett on a one year deal.
The 27-year-old tight-head prop gained England Under-21 honours at NEC Harlequins where he competed in both the Zurich Premiership and the European Shield.
Ricky signed for the Leicester Tigers in March 2000 making his debut against Munster. He made over 60 appearances for the Tigers and represented England at A level (4 caps) and was selected for the full England Senior tour to North America in the Churchill Cup.
Leinster Rugby Chief Executive Michael Dawson welcomed Nebbett's arrival. I'm pleased to announce the signing of Ricky Nebbett. Ricky has a wealth of experience at both club and representative level and will add further competition within the squad.
Nebbett travelled with the team on Thursday morning ahead of their two-game tour against Coventry (Thursday, 7.30pm) and Worcester (Saturday, 2pm) and was named in the starting XV for tonight's game:
