Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
- voluntary and community organisations, including sports clubs - in certain circumstances, schools, colleges and local authorities - national governing bodies of sport and third level education institutions, where it is evident that the proposed facility will contribute to the regional and/or national sporting infrastructure.
The funding available is applicable to rugby clubs at all levels within the ROI.
The deadline for applications for the 2005 Sports Capital Programme is 5pm on Friday 4th February 2005.
