Grand Slam winners Fiona Coghlan and Nora Stapelton have returned the Women's RBS 6 Nations trophy to Chief Executive John Feehan at the Six Nations offices in Dublin.
'The IRFU has decided that the Guinness interprovincial game scheduled for Friday November 23rd, between Munster and Leinster at Musgrave Park, be postponed to a later date. This is to facilitate the physical recovery of the national players involved in both squads after the heavy schedule of National and European cup fixtures to date.'
However the statement goes on to say that a decision will be made later on whether the Guinness Interprovincial between Connacht and Ulster scheduled for Saturday November 24th will go ahead.
The next outing for the provincial sides is on the weekend of December 1st when all four compete in the quarter final of the Celtic League.
