The match takes place at Shaw's Bridge in Belfast and has a 7.30pm kick-off.
The first of the changes sees Jamie Smith move from full-back to outside centre, with Niall Morris, who had to pull out of the South Africa match on the day of the game due to a foot injury, selected at number 15. Eoin O'Malley takes over at out-half instead of Scott Deasy. Kris Greene also replaces Harry McAleese at scrum half.
Ireland's entire front row has been changed with Ian Leonard, Michael Sherry and Matthew Nelson replacing Paul Karayiannis, Stephen Douglas and Patrick McCabe respectively. The final alteration to the team is in the back row, where Patrick Mallon steps in for Kieran Essex.
