Connacht's record against Glasgow is a poor one, they have lost four of their last five meetings with the Scottish and having only ever played the Warriors at Hughenden, this will be the province's first ever visit to Firhill.
Looking forward to the game, Michael Bradley said: "Traditionally this has been a difficult away fixture for us. We've been competitive but haven't won the games. I think Glasgow always would see the Connacht fixture as a must win game for them and we're going to do the same.
"I think the scoreline will be tight but the game itself will be quite loose. Glasgow have some powerful centres and they stick a lot of traffic through the centre of the park and if we can handle that, which we haven't in the past, then it could be a good night for us."
Tuilevuka's inclusion is the only change to the Connacht squad which Bradley took to Stradey Park last week for a 34-11 defeat at the hands of Llanelli. For Irish viewers, live coverage of Friday's clash between Glasgow and Connacht is available on Setanta Sports 2.
CONNACHT Squad: Mel Deane, Tim Donnelly, Peter Durcan, Adrian Flavin, John Fogarty, David Gannon, Ronan Loughney, Keith Matthews, Michael McCarthy, Conor McPhillips, Robbie Morris, John Muldoon, Johnny O'Connor, Ray Ofisa, Conor O'Loughlin, Colm Rigney, Daniel Riordan, Michael Swift, Ofisa Treviranus, Alipate Tuilevuka, Brett Wilkinson, Aidan Wynne.
