Almost 700 season tickets have been sold by Connacht for what promises to be an exciting season. The season will kick off with the game against the Springboks and Connacht Rugby Commercial and Marketing Manager Fiona Keys says interest is unprecedented.
"The fact that a season ticket also includes the pre-season games against Castres on August 28 and September 1 is an added bonus and that is before the Magners League and European Challenge Cup kicks-off," she said.
Connacht Rugby season tickets are available on line on www.TicketMaster.ie as well as www.ConnachtRugby.ie. Season tickets are also available through the Branch offices at the Sportsground.
The following are the price of the various season tickets on offer - regular €180, gold (access to enclosed seating and bar) €255, student/senior €110, family (two adults and two children) €320 and junior (7-18 years) €60. Season ticket holders will gain entry to all nine Magners League games at the Sportsground, the three group games in the European Challenge Cup and all pre-season friendlies.
