As the 2008 Budweiser Tag season hots up, more venues have announced dates for Open Nights to be staged this week.
An '
Open Night' is when a host venue opens up for all to come pitch questions with venue manager, collect or purchase Tag Shorts, stage an open game where teams and refs alike can roll on/roll off in order to brush up or introduce themselves to the game. An orientation night, so-to-speak.
Starting at 7pm, the following Open Nights take place this week:
Thursday, May 22 - Enniscorthy RFC
Thursday, May 22 - Garryowen FC
Thursday, May 22 - Suttonians RFC (their second open night)
Thursday, May 22 - Waterpark RFC
Thursday, May 22 - Westmanstown (Garda RFC)
Friday, May 23 - Ballina RFC
