This comes as over 10,000 Ireland v Australia tickets were snapped up in just six days after it was confirmed that all 51,000 Ireland New Zealand tickets officially sold out last week.
The IRFU advised fans intending to secure Australia tickets to do so as soon as possible to avoid disappointment and encouraged families to make the Samoa game their big rugby day out this November as it confirmed that while all €7.50 tickets for were now sold, tickets remain available for the Ireland v Samoa game from €12.50 at tickekmaster.ie.
The Union's Commercial and Marketing Director Padraig Power said: "With just days remaining until the kick-off of the GUINNESS Series, we are delighted that over 135,000 fans have secured tickets so far.
"We are confident that the Series can deliver an estimated €60 million this November as sport once again plays a key role in supporting the Irish economy.
"Unfortunately many fans missed out on New Zealand tickets by waiting just that little too long to secure them, so we are urging fans to snap up their Australia tickets as soon as possible as the fixture is now also approaching a sell-out.
"The Samoa game is a great option for a family day out, and while all €7.50 tickets are now sold there is still amazing value with entry from just €12.50 to see Ireland, who are ranked eighth in the world, welcome a Samoa team who are one place above us in the official world rankings."
The Irish Rugby Football Union will provide €400 to clubs to defray the costs of travelling to the Samoa match at the Aviva Stadium next Saturday (kick-off 5.45pm).
The offer, which is open to groups of adults, as well as groups of adults and kids, is available by informing the IRFU of an intention to travel to the match in a group of 45 or more.
