The Women's Six Nations trophy, currently held by the Ireland Women's team was on show and the girls (and parents) took the opportunity for photographs with the cup and with Chris.
The afternoon ended with a barbecue and the girls, their parents, coaches and club members joined in.
Chris, who started his rugby career as a Malone RFC mini, promised to come back and help out with future training sessions.
The girls train on Wednesday nights - 7pm-8.30pm - and on Sundays - 2-4pm - when there is no game. Beginners are always welcome and are needed to maintain the tradition.
