Rugby is ideal for someone who wants to take up a new sport. There is a position for everyone irrespective of size, shape, age, experience and fitness levels. There will be complete coaching given to all players and safety is always the club's first consideration.
Most women that join have never played rugby before and many take up the sport in their late 20s/early 30s, so there really is no excuse not to give it a go!
St. Mary's also have a youth team for girls aged between 12 and 18. You can get in touch with the club if you or a friend or a family member might like to try it out.
