An Ireland Under-19/Under-20 development team has been named to for their match on Thursday night against a France Under-19 selection in Besançon, which is located 50km east of Dijon.
The slected Ireland team is made up of the best Under-19 players (as per January 1 IRB regulations) from schools and clubs.
The side, led by Clongowes Wood's Conor Gilsenan, is coached by Leinster Academy manager Colin McEntee and Ulster's Jonny Bell.
