The main responsibilities of the role will include implementing the IRFU physical development programme, coordinating a team of S&C coaches to ensure all players receive individual development programmes, monitoring and reporting on pre-season/in-season squad preparation, ensuring alignment between the A|cademy and senior development programmes.

The main responsibilities of the role will include implementing the IRFU physical development programme in conjunction with the Head of Fitness, operating an individualised approach to players' strength-power based conditioning, producing weekly and monthly fitness plans for all contracted players and maintaining player statistics.
