The purpose of the role is to perform accounts-related administrative duties to assist the Ticket Office in providing a professional service in the designing, developing, printing and distributing of all tickets for the IRFU.
Working as part of a small team the role is required to plan, prioritise and deliver work effectively which requires the completion of defined tasks in an accurate, organised and orderly manner.
The successful candidate will (ideally) have an Accounts/Bookkeeping qualification, 2 to 3 years previous accounts-related administrative support experience, be able to work to tight deadlines within a busy office environment and be able to deal with the public in a professional and timely manner.
The key objectives of the role will be:
- Maintaining Aged Debtors- Recording of Ticket Payments- Reconciliation and Lodgements - Bank Accounts- Customer Services- Assistance to Ticket Office- Administration
