IRFU Chief Executive Philip Browne has issued a statement following confirmation of Ronan O'Gara's decision to retire from playing professional rugby.
Out-half Sexton's 11 points in that victory took him to 124 points in the Magners League so far this season.
Bank of Ireland Leinster Player of the Year Jamie Heaslip is one of eight Ireland internationals in the forward panel, amongst them young back rower Sean O'Brien who continues his rehabilitation from a leg injury and Scotland's Nathan Hines.
Saturday's Magners League grand final is expected to be a sell-out and no tickets will be available to purchase at the ground. Leinster Rugby Season Ticket holders are reminded that this is a ticket-only event.
For his last game in charge, Leinster coach Michael Cheika will confirm the starting line-up and replacements on Friday afternoon.
