The Ulster Bank/IRFU Rugby Summer Camps have continued in Leinster, with Barnhall hosting its first camp with a little help from some Leinster players.
The camps in Leinster have attracted children from across the province and none more so then in Barnhall RFC on the West Dublin/Kildare border.
To add to the fun and excitement, Leinster players Des Dillon and Ciaran Potts visited the camp to impart some of their skills and knowledge to the young players of the future.
The Ulster Bank IRFU Rugby Camps focus on fun and learning, and each camp is professionally managed by IRFU Development Officers to ensure that everyone gets the chance to develop their rugby skills.
Each of the children received their own Summer Camp Kit Pack: which included t-shirt, shorts, socks, rugby ball and proved to be very popular with the budding young rugby players!
The camps will continue to run from Monday through to Friday during August in Leinster and at venues throughout the country. Each week there will be six/eights camps taking place.
With the July camps completed, applications are now being taken for the August Camps, of which three will be in Dublin (Seapoint RFC, Skerries RFC and St Mary's College). There are still some place available in the August camps in leinster, Ulster, Connacht and Munster, so hurry up and contact your local branch office to confirm your booking today:
