Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
Present at the launch at Musgrave Park, fresh from playing his part in Munster and Ireland's recent successes, was Dolphin's Tomas O'Leary as well as his Dolphin and Munster team-mates James Coughlan, Nick Williams, Julien Brugnaut, Danny Barnes and Dave Ryan.
Commenting on his firm's sponsorship with Dolphin, Huguenot Managing Director Don Coughlan said: "Dolphin are one of the leaders in club rugby and we in Huguenot, as Ireland's leading design and branding firm, are delighted to team up with another progressive leader.
"We look forward to a successful association and hopefully a fruitful one for Dolphin on and off the field."
