There are three changes to the starting line-up for Ireland's final game in the 2009 RBS 6 Nations Championship

The Ireland team to play Wales in the RBS 6 Nations Championship this Saturday in Cardiff shows three changes to the starting line-up from the side's last outing against Scotland.
Jamie Heaslip, who made a try scoring appearance when coming on for Denis Leamy, also returns to the starting team with Leamy also reverting to the replacements.
The final change is at scrum half. Tomas O'Leary comes back into the side, swapping places with Peter Stringer.
