O'Loughlin,24, was a Division One winner with Shannon before his transfer toCastle Avenue last year. He was Ireland's starting scrum half for lastMarch's AIB Club International win over Scotland.
'Tarf have Kiwi Phil Werahikoin place again as their head coach. Wins over Blackrock College (27-3),Barnhall (32-7), UCD (31-27) and St. Mary's College (16-6) have thenorth Dubliners in with a shout of retaining the cup.
They are currently seventh in the Division One standings, and beat UCD 27-6 last weekend with tries from O'Loughlin, Peter O'Brien (2) and Johnny Wickham, their 2005/06 captain.
