Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
The games, which were originally postponed on November 29 due to an unplayable pitch at Donnybrook, had been re-fixed for Naas RFC's Forenaughts ground this Sunday with 1pm and 3pm kick-offs.
After a pitch inspection at the Kildare club this afternoon and examining the options available, it has been decided that the Women's Interprovincial Championship finals will not go ahead due to adverse weather conditions.
A number of factors were taken into consideration, including pitch condition, player welfare, access to the venue, driving conditions, etc.
With the All-Ireland Women's League taking centre stage next weekend and the Women's RBS 6 Nations Championship looming large on the horizon - Ireland open the tournament against Italy in Ashbourne on Friday, February 5 - there will, unfortunately, be no re-fixture date for the Interpro games.
