Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
The Munster squad flew out to the renowned Spanish training facility last Wednesday, minus their Ireland internationals involved in the RBS 6 Nations game against France.
Head coach Tony McGahan said: "Being out here in these conditions allows us to get in quality training that may not always be possible at home.
"We've managed good intensity sessions twice a day since we've been here and there's also been the social interaction so vital in a group this size that we don't see back home given the squad is divided between Limerick and Cork.
"So all in all, I'd be more than pleased with the exercise and I think it will stand us in good stead in the coming Magners League weeks and the closing stages of the season."
Donnacha Ryan, who was sprung from the bench in Paris to win his fifth Ireland cap, has been included in the extended panel for the Edinburgh game.
In addition, the likes of Ian Dowling, Peter Stringer, Mick O'Driscoll and Marcus Horan are among the players returning from Ireland Wolfhounds duty.
