Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
Rolland, who refereed the 2004 Heineken Cup final, will be taking charge of his first Amlin Challenge Cup final and his 62nd ERC match.
His assistant referees in Marseille will be fellow Irish officials Alan Lewis and George Clancy.
Meanwhile, England's Wayne Barnes has been selected as the referee for the all-French Heineken Cup final between Biarritz Olympique and Toulouse at the Stade de France on Saturday, May 22.
At the age of 31, Barnes will become the youngest referee of a Heineken Cup decider.
