Kefu was also shocked by the behaviour of the volatile crowd at the famed soccer stadium, saying they were "lining up" to spit on the Wallabies each time they ran on and off the field.
Coach Eddie Jones was also disturbed about the treatment meted out to his side. "I thought it was a difficult game to play. Argentina played the man more than the ball and the referee (NZ referee Kelvin Deaker) had trouble controlling the game. But we might end up in a quarter-final at the World Cup where we have to be able to play that sort of game." Jones said.
The coach also said that the Wallaby camp planned to further investigate two incidents of alleged eye-gouging - on flanker Matt Cockbain and reserve hooker Adam Freier. Cockbain said he lost a contact lens when gouged by Pumas hooker Federico Mendez.
