IRFU Chief Executive Philip Browne has issued a statement following confirmation of Ronan O'Gara's decision to retire from playing professional rugby.

The following is an Irish Under-21 squad from which two teams to play two French Under-21 teams will be selected on Friday 8th of November. Both matches will take place at Marcoussis, National Rugby Center, which is located 30kms south of Paris. The games will kick-off at 1pm and 2:30pm respectively, on Saturday November 9th 2002.
