...Neil Best...
Ulster flanker Neil Best charged to victory in our poll to find out who you rated as Ireland's man-of-the-match in the recent Test win over Australia.
The 27-year-old Best really came of age during the Guinness Autumn Series and his eye-catching displays against both South Africa and the Wallabies surely have him as the front runner for the number 7 jersey for next year's RBS 6 Nations.
His thumping tackle which left Lote Tuqiri shaking, the fiery carry forward that sent Phil Waugh skittling across the Lansdowne Road turf - those moments against Australia left a lasting impression on Irish supporters and Best has been truly catapulted onto the international stage.
Who knows what lays ahead for the former hockey-playing Belfast man, who will bid to keep Ulster in the Poll 5 reckoning in the Heineken Cup next month.
In our latest poll we asked IrishRugby.ie users: "Who did you rate as Ireland's man-of-the-match against Australia?"
Best romped home, gaining 2,495 votes for a 62% share. Runner-up was out-half Ronan O'Gara (15%), his Munster team-mate and prop John Hayes (13)% was next with try scorer Denis Hickie (6%) and Best's flanker colleague David Wallace (4%) bringing up the rear.
Many thanks to the 4,058 of you who voted!
