"Every game is important and I think that teams who have made a good start will have that extra bit of confidence over the next two weeks," he said.
"Obviously we need to start winning and we have two tough games coming up against two sides who have made good starts to the league, so we need to up our performance levels and try to remain positive.
"We went down to Midleton last weekend and although we got nothing out of the game, we did manage to play well for certain periods of the game. They controlled the first 20 minutes and went 13-0 up, so from there it was hard for us to come back."
While things have not been going to plan on the pitch for the Blue Bulls, the support of club members and improvement in facilities at Parsonstown has been duly noted by Morgan and his players.
"This is my 13th season with Barnhall. As a club, Barnhall continues to grow both on and off the pitch and the work that was done to the pitches, clubhouse, showers and dressing rooms over the summer would have done justice to a club that had been promoted not just relegated," Morgan added.
"We have four senior teams, an Under-20 side in the Premier League, a super Ladies side and youth teams all the way down from Under-18s to minis.
"It's a fantastic club with a great attitude where we encourage players to enjoy their rugby, and although things have been hard on the pitch over the last couple of years and this season for the first team, the support and encouragement from the club members and supporters has been brilliant.
"For them alone as well as all the players, it would be great to turn things around."
