They got two bonus points in the end - with replacement back row Brendan O'Connor and winger Darren Yapp scoring two late tries. Yapp's effort, two minutes into injury-time, was his second try in four league games.



The hard-working Ray Ofisa was one of Connacht's most influential players on Friday night, especially with ball-in-hand and in the tackle. He also scored his second try for the province in as many games. The 26-year-old Samoan flanker has settled in well in Galway since his move from North Otago in August.



Scotland out-half Dan Parks' try, just before half-time, proved crucial for the Warriors. Parks also kicked four conversions and two penalties for a 19-point haul.



Glasgow centre Graeme Morrison, who dovetailed well with Andrew Henderson, manages to slice his way through the Connacht midfield with Paul Warwick in hot pursuit. Despite the win, Warriors coach Sean Lineen admitted afterwards: "We won but it was a frustrating night. At times we witnessed some sublime rugby but the players are just not backing it up with real self belief and individual responsibility."



The relief is palpable for Glasgow as John Barclay and Scott Barrow congratulate Graeme Morrison on scoring his try, which saw him beat three defenders. The centre's 63rd-minute score helped the Warriors go 36-16 in front.



Graeme Morrison gets it in the ear from Connacht lock David Gannon, who has lined out in seven of the province's eight league games so far this season. The Dubliner, who is a former Ireland Under-21, is 'officially' a centimetre smaller than his regular second row partner, the 198cm-tall Andrew Farley!
