We start with a series of interviews with some of the members of the IRFU Management Committe.

The Management Committee of the IRFU has the function of overseeing the operation and implementation of IRFU policy in the key areas of rugby, both domestic and professional, finance and commercial and marketing.

We get an update on the Strategic Plan from Chairman John Hussey and we talk to the four Standing Committe Chairmen about the challenges facing Irish Rugby in their respective areas.
