Girvan Dempsey and Gordon D'Arcy back for Leinster Lions and Munster will have Donncha O'Callaghan, Paul O'Connell and Anthony Foley in their side for their trip to Wales.
Table toppers Ulster will have David Humphreys and Neil Doak at half-back for their tricky excursion to play a Cardiff Blues side fighting for a place in next year's Heineken Cup.
