There will be 500 participants representing clubs and schools form the various regions.
Participating teams were nominated by their respective branches.
The format for the day is based on the IRFU policy of participation, Stage 1 of the IRFU Long Term Player Development (LTPD) programme and IRFU Festival Guidelines.
IRFU national age grade manager Hendrik Kruger said: "We are really looking forward to this Aviva Rugby Festival as it is the first time we will have a mixture of representatives from clubs and schools including boy and girls.
"Mini rugby is a wonderful way to introduce young players to the game and the festival brings together players and coaches from so many different clubs.
"The spirit and ethos of the game are a big part of the day with participation, fun and healthy activity playing a big role in our guidelines."
