"Coaches and teams rightly want to see the laws applied as they observe them in RaboDirect PRO12 and ERC," said Owen Doyle, the IRFU's Director of Referee Development.
"Consistency is key and all referees will work hard to deliver. Level 4 workshops throughout the season will maintain this theme."
