The seminar is a non-profit event run in association with Connacht Rugby to raise awareness of necessary pathways and programmes for women in sport and fitness.
On the day, there will be key guest speakers presenting on their specialised topics including:
Aidan O'Flynn - Psychology

Presentations will focus on common misconceptions associated with female athletes and clients along with guidance and direction towards improved educational and training channels.
Additionally, three top female international athletes will provide the audience with direct insight into high performance and their individual challenges to reaching their performance goal.

Furthermore, a treat to look forward to on the day will be refreshments provided by Galway's highly successful cafe 37 West, owned by Gill Carroll. Ireland's Raw Kitchen will also be on site on the day to advise on healthy food options.
Anyone with an interest in sport and fitness is encouraged to come along for an educational afternoon and networking event. Admission is €25 on the day, or you can register today - Tuesday, August 6 - for the early bird rate of €15.
