He has been cited for allegedly stamping on an opponent, contrary to law 10.4(b), during the match between Ireland and Samoa at the Aviva Stadium.
His hearing will take place in London tomorrow (Tuesday) before an independent Six Nations disciplinary committee of chairman Roger Morris (Wales), Simon Thomas (Wales) and Achille Reali (Italy).
Meanwhile, the disciplinary hearing for Samoan hooker Ti'i Paulo, who was cited for two alleged dangerous tackles during the Connacht v Samoa match at the Sportsground last Tuesday, will also be held in London tomorrow.
The hearing will be chaired by Simon Thomas and also includes Achille Reali and Roger Morris.
A statement will be issued once the outcomes of the hearings are known.
