One of the key presenters at this workshop will be Paul Pook who is more regularly seen in action at training with the Ireland team. Paul is the strength & conditioning coach for the national side.

The workshop will be mainly theory with some practical content. The night will be of great use to coaches who would like to know what is the most appropriate and practical method to develop young and old players.
The workshop is ideal for coaches who would like to introduce something new and challenging to their training. The workshop is open to any coach especially from Leinster and the surrounding area.

Time - 7pm to 10pm
Venue - Mount Herbert Hotel
Cost - 30 euro (10 euro for IRFU regional fitness coaches)
Registration - Places are limited and coaches must register with Niamh Nash or call 01 6473835. The closing date is Monday, May 24 and once registered coaches will receive information and a timetable one week before the workshop.
