IrishRugby.ie caught up recently with Leinster captain Leo Cullen to get his thoughts on the province's Heineken Cup draw, their ambitions for the new season and his own hopes of securing a spot in Ireland's World Cup squad.

Munster captain Paul O'Connell previews the Magners League grand final showdown with Leinster, with the table toppers looking to finish the job on home soil.

Speaking ahead of Saturday's Magners League grand final against Leinster, Munster back rower David Wallace said: "The whole spice of the match and what's at stake is probably overclouding everything in that there's so much on the line. There's guys leaving, but we don't need any more motivation."

Speaking after Connacht's 27-16 Magners League loss to Ulster, head coach Eric Elwood said: "We knew we were going to be judged on this game. I think we got the performance, but not the result. We could have even got a losing bonus point at the end. Sport can be cruel - you don't always get what you think you deserve."

Flanker Mike McCarthy turned in a man-of-the-match performance in Connacht's Magners League derby defeat to Ulster at Ravenhill. He gave his reaction after the game.
