Spirit Of Rugby Charter

The IRFU Spirit of Rugby Charter

The Spirit Of Rugby is an IRFU initiative which includes  practical educational programmes that embody and promote the core values of the game – Respect, Inclusivity, Integrity, Fun and Excellence.

Spirit of Rugby aims to support players, coaches, volunteers and parents and its primary purpose is to educate those within the game about their rights and responsibilities on and off the field.

The programme delivers a series of educational workshops and support for clubs through designated Spirit of Rugby officers, focusing on Safeguarding, Anti-Doping, Disability and Health and Well Being.

Take a look at the Spirit Of Rugby Conference held in the Aviva Stadium in 2019.
