Suttonians will host their ever popular Fat Turkey Walk on Wednesday, December 28. Walk off those Christmas pounds and raise money for some very worthy causes, including the IRFU Charitable Trust for seriously injured players.

This year the Charitable Trust Walk took place in New Zeland against the back drop of the Rugby World Cup and some stunning scenery. Ciaran MacAnnraoi kept a diary of some of the events as these walkers helped to raise funds for seriously injured rugby players.

The IRFU Charitable Trust cyclists have returned to Ireland after their trek through the South Island of New Zealand to raise funds for seriourly injured rugby players. Little did they know they would take in Ireland's historic win over Australia and a snow storm along the way.
