Ireland's John Lacey will referee his first ever RBS 6 Nations match in February, while Alain Rolland is also included in the Elite Panel in what is his last season.
The Irish Rugby App, which was launched in March 2010, went to the top of the Ireland App store charts in he space of a week. The app went straight in as the number 1 free app in the Sports Category and later reached number 1 in the Ireland App store overall.
